Secondary Families: We Want to Hear from You

On our journey to distraction-free learning, we want to make sure every voice is heard.

In November, we held a conversation with families of students in grades K-5. That conversation was followed by a survey to all K-5 parents. You'll find the results from that survey below.

Families of students in grades 6-12, it's your turn! Please join us for a conversation about our student cell phone use policy:

6 p.m. Tues. Jan. 13
In the W.F. West High School Library

This event is open to all students and parents and is a chance for you to tell us about your experiences:
  • What is working?
  • Where could we make improvements?
  • How can we work together on the subject of student cell phone and telecommunication device use to ensure we're creating the best possible learning environments in our classrooms?

Thank You for Making Your Voices Heard

After our Journey to Distraction-Free Learning Event in November, we asked parents of students in grades K-5 to tell us what they thought about student cell phone and telecommunication device use.

Thank you to the 122 parents who took the time to make their voices heard on this subject. Below, you will find a few results from this survey. CLICK HERE to read the full results of our K-5 parent survey.
