Don't forget, the W.F. West High School Bearcats 2025 Commencement ceremony, will take this coming Saturday, June 7 at Bearcat Stadium.  Here is some helpful information for those who plan to join us for the festivities:

• Admission is free for all attendees and seats are first-come, first-served. Gates will open at 5 p.m.
• In the event of extreme weather conditions, the ceremony could be moved into the W.F. West High School gym
• There will be a large area of chairs on the track for those who have mobility issues but no seats will be reserved.
• Gates will open at 5 p.m. and we ask that everyone be in their seats by at least 5:55 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and no one will be allowed entrance into the stadium during the time students are processing to their seats.
• Overflow seating will also be available in the W.F. West High School commons, with the ceremony showing via live stream. 
• Balloons, dogs (except registered service animals) and noise-making instruments such as air horns are not allowed. 
• Flower should be given to graduates after the ceremony because they cannot be carried during the ceremony
