Tuesday, Oct. 15 will be a special day for all grades at W.F. West High School (grades 9-12), with each grade level having special events supporting our district’s Student Achievement goal of preparing all students for the journey ahead.

Seniors (Class of 2025) and Juniors (Class of 2026) will have opportunities to attend a college tour for the day, or to spend their morning doing community service or a job shadow and attend 5th, 6th and 7th period. The library will be open for any juniors or seniors who have no plans for the day.

Sophomores (Class of 2027) will take the PSAT. This is free of charge and part of our college & career readiness curriculum.

Freshman (Class of 2028) will attend Freshman Festival. The event includes CTE teachers, activities, and competitions, which help develop social-emotional skills to better navigate their academic learning experiences. The day will culminate in the Class of 2028 class photo.
