About the Scholarship
The College Bound Scholarship Program is an early commitment of financial aid to eligible 7th and 8th grade students whose families might not consider college because of its cost. The scholarship is a state-funded program administered by the Washington Student Achievement Council (the Council).
Students must complete an application by June 30 of his/her 8th grade year.
